What InterviewSoul is
InterviewSoul is an app for Mac and Windows that transcribes a conversation on your computer and suggests what you could say. It is provided by [your company or legal name] ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that mailbox to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Using it responsibly
- Follow the rules that apply to you. Interviews, tests, courses and employers often forbid outside help. Whether you may use InterviewSoul in a given situation is for you to find out, and using it against those rules is at your own risk.
- Follow the law on recording and transcribing conversations, including getting consent from the other people where it is required.
- Do not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get around our limits or resell the service.
Answers are suggestions
Answers are written by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Transcripts can contain mistakes. You decide what to say and are responsible for it. Do not rely on InterviewSoul for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.
Plans and payment
- Free includes 30 minutes of session time in total. Basic ($12 a month) includes 5 hours a month; Pro ($30 a month) includes 10 hours a month. A session runs from Start to Stop, and each one counts for at least one minute.
- Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Unused time does not carry over.
- You can cancel in the app at any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and is not charged again.
- Moving to a higher plan charges the difference for the rest of the month straight away. Moving to a lower plan credits it to your next bill.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to you.

Your content
Your documents, transcripts and screenshots are yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it depends on other companies' services and may be interrupted. Do not depend on it for something where an interruption would cause you serious harm.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
